One of our greatest challenges in West Virginia with reaching our spay neuter goal beyond funding is the lack of veterinarians in some areas to perform all the needed surgeries. Find your county below to see the status of the availability of vets in your area.
8 counties have no vets 15%
35 counties have 0-10 64%
7 counties have 11-20 vets 13%
5 counties have over 20 9%
There are 8 spay neuter clinics in our state. However there are only 7 in our MZM grant program. The Tiffany Dlesk was not open
when our grant money was awarded. We are very happy that they are now open and serving their area again.
